Dedicating her time to being a mother, salon owner and building her empire, she also has a giving heart for women struggling with hair loss. In 2016, Lacy was diagnosed with a brain tumor and had to begin infusion treatments which resulted in the loss of 70% of her hair.
During her time in medical care, she befriended many women who were struggling with cancer or other autoimmune disorders and realized that she could utilize her business to help these women. Many of them shared their desire for hair extensions, and with that realization, the Laced Hair Foundation was born.
This foundation’s purpose is to give Laced Hair Extensions to the women who need them and to restore their confidence.
