As you all know, here at The Modern Day Living, we love everything about motherhood and therefore, we can’t get enough of the baby arrivals and announcements that have occurred so far in 2022. Just in case you’ve missed them, we’ve collated the news from our favourite celebrities below.
- Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott
One of the most anticipated arrivals of 2022, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have finally announced the arrival of their first son, on the 2nd of February.
We are yet to find out the name of their son, however, our money is on “Valentine”.
2. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley & Jason Statham
Former Victoria Secret Model and actor duo, Rosie and Jason, have welcomed their second child, this time a baby girl into the world in early February according to reports.
The duo is yet to share the news on social media, but we’re looking forward to hopefully catching a glimpse of their new bundle of joy.
3. Rhianna & A$AP Rocky
Rhianna and ASAP Rocky have announced their pregnancy in their own high fashion way with the duo being photographed in New York last week. Rhianna’s stomach was exposed and adorned in body jewels, whilst she kept cosy in a bright pink puffer coat.
This will be the pairs first child and we just cannot wait for their little one to come earthside.
4. Shay Mitchell & Matte Babel
Not long after sharing the devastating news of her grandma’s death, the Pretty Little Liars actress has taken to Instagram to announce her pregnancy with Matte Babel. On the announcement, Shay added, “this is proof that love, life and loss can profoundly exist all at the same time.”
6. Jennifer Laurence & Cooke Maroney
It is yet to be confirmed when the child is due, and what gender the duo’s child is, but what we do know is that we will likely not have a front-row seat to JLaw’s children’s lives. Jennifer mentioned in a recent interview “every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can.”
Regardless of this, we hope that Jennifer and Cooke enjoy the special time of creating a family.
7. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas
Priyanka and Nick have taken to Instagram on the 21st of January to announce that they have welcomed their first child via surrogacy. The pair have been married since 2018 and requested privacy during the special time as they focus on their family. Too cute!
